Would you eat them Stella? Interesting recipe. What would you use the flour for? When I went to Cambodia, the farmers would catch crickets to sell at markets - they are a favourite yummy food over there. I will see if I can find a photo for you!

ReplyDeleteCan't say I've tried cricket flour but it sounds interesting! I would definitely try it if I got the opportunity.
